Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management Lead in Saint Louis, MO. Overview: This candidate must work with key project leadership and their Huron Systems Implementation Partner Change Lead to perform strategic activities all the way down to the very tactical such as formulating the vision and demand for Change and facilitating leadership strategy sessions, to working with functional leads and stakeholders in tactical planning meetings. The Change Management Lead is responsible for both executing the Project Organizational Change Management effort successfully and is also responsible for effecting a positive change in the Company culture. Responsibilities: * Work with Company Leadership to finalize the Project Vision and facilitate the development of the Change Strategy * Work closely with the Huron Change Lead and the Project Leadership to accomplish all Change Management efforts * Promote organizational change throughout stakeholder groups and conduct change-related meetings with stakeholders * Provide knowledge and expertise to the overall Program team, influencing change activities, deliverable content, and timing * Drive meetings independently and build cross-functional relationships at all levels of the company * Work with other Project Leads to manage project timelines, provide direction for implementation readiness activities, schedules, and milestones * Review Change Management action plans to address identified people, process, and technology change impacts; Assemble appropriate cross-functional resources to address the change impacts; Manage action plans to completion * Drive communication efforts and provide day-to-day management of Change Management activities * Help facilitate Change Network meetings and engage with Change ambassadors/liaisons to promote readiness, obtain feedback, and share information * Drive discussions and actions around end user training design and development
