The Change Management & Major Incident Coordinator (m/f/d) IT will be responsible for structuring change management, proactive batch job monitoring, and effective incident management to ensure system stability and operational continuity. In addition, he/she will oversee the timely execution of batch jobs, quickly addressing any issues to minimize disruptions and maintain seamless operations.
Structure change management by leading the local Change Management Advisory Board (CAB), enforcing change policies and predictable management of requestsSchedule, plan, facilitate, and document all Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetingsReview and authorize normal/standard changes, utilize standard templates for consistency, and manage SAP transport requests to ensure smooth implementationProactive batch job monitoring for timely and accurate execution and promptly addressing any issues to reduce disruptions and to ensure system stability and operational continuityMonitor batch jobs to ensure timely and accurate processing, resolving issues as they arise to maintain operational stabilityCoordinate and communicate major incident resolutions across global time zones with BRP stakeholdersLead weekly follow-up meetings with suppliers and internal teams, ensuring alignment with problem and change managementMaintain the knowledge base, rotation schedules, and communication tools, and suggest process improvementsYour experiences and skills
University degree in (Business) Informatics or Applied Computer Sciences, or commercial/management degree with 3 to 5 years practical experiences in an IT role with focus on ERP and process managementBackground in global business and IS&T organization a plusExperience in IT change management coordination in combination with good knowledge of ITIL standards and ITGC principlesSAP is an advantageVery good English & German language skills, both written and spokenProfound moderation and communication skills in combination with an independent and structured working style

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 59,766.98 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry.
