Responsibilities The Opportunity PepsiCo is transforming its Order Management processes to enhance decision-making, supplier collaboration, and operational efficiency. The Order Management Change Management Manager will be instrumental in enabling this transformation by driving strategy execution, fostering cultural change, and ensuring the adoption of new global processes and tools. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive change management strategies to ensure organizational readiness and sustained adoption of the end-to-end process transformation. Reporting to the Change Management Lead for Transformation and Process Excellence, with a matrixed relationship to the Senior Vice President of Service Delivery, this position will collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a seamless change journey. Your Impact As the Change Management Manager for Order Management, your responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing change management plans to support process transformation and adoption. Leading change initiatives for global functional teams, including strategy, project planning, and execution. Managing all change deliverables, including communication, leadership alignment, training, and value realization. Creating and executing comprehensive communication and training strategies in collaboration with stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong relationships with global and functional leadership teams to ensure alignment and engagement. Monitoring and managing the delivery of change workstreams to achieve milestones on time and within budget. Overseeing risk management and ensuring continuous improvement post-implementation. Guiding leaders and teams to effectively implement and sustain change. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in: Change management Organizational design Cultural transformation or business transformation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
