Work You'll do The Change Management Project Associate 7 is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to facilitate organizational change, driving new innovations and ensuring smooth transitions. + Drive and manage change initiatives within Markets and/or Securities Services Operations + Lead, design, and implement change-the-bank initiatives and solutions + Oversee project planning, execution, and completion within the specified timelines and budgets + Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met + Implement metrics and KPIs to track the success of change management activities + Monitor the progress of change initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness + Prepare and present regular status reports to leadership and other key stakeholders + Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them + Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives + Maintain comprehensive documentation of change management processes and outcomes Required Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field + Minimum of 6 years of experience in Markets and Securities Services Operations Roles + Minimum of 6 years of experience working in change management and project management within Markets and/or Securities Services Operations + Knowledge of the financial industry's operational processes + Proficient with project management tools and software such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello, Asana, or Smartsheet + Ability to architect and drive large-scale transformation projects within financial institutions, including strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex change programs + Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks + Ability to develop risk management plans, conduct regular risk assessments, and implement strategies to minimize the impact of risks + Knowledge of global markets, clearing services (i.e., futures), and front Office trading strategies, systems, and processes + Experience in identifying, engaging, and managing stakeholder relationships throughout a project lifecycle + Knowledge of the trade lifecycle, including confirmations, collateral management, reconciliations, and post-execution operational controls + Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI + Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment + Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at anytime in the future. + Ability to travel up to 10%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred Qualifications + CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or FRM (Financial Risk Manager) preferred. + PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification. + Proficiency in financial software (i.e., Bloomberg and Reuters). + Interpersonal and organizational skills. + Prosci Change Management Certification or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) + Knowledge of Prosci ADKAR Model, Kotter's 8-Step Change Model, Lewin's Change Management Model For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Jersey City NJ, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington state, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Jersey City NJ, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York state, Washington DC, and Washington state and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $97,866 to $163,144 . You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
