Responsibilities: * The Change Management Specialist oversees the implementation, integration, effectiveness, and adherence to the change management process * Assesses the impact, cost benefit and risk of proposed changes * Coordinates the change planning and implementation process * Manages implementation of end-to-end large scale application changes * Maintains continuous communications with stakeholders, IT, and business teams * The Change Management Specialist consults on large scale and complex change management program across the organization * Integrates change management process with other service management functions * Provides day-to-day supervision of the change team, ensuring high levels of system/service availability of all systems
