We are very excited to welcome a Change Management Senior Manager.

The role is based in our Budapest GBS (hybrid model combining office & remote work). You’ll join a team of agile, customer-focused thinkers who collaboratively solve difficult business problems.


The Change Management Senior Manager is responsible for building sustainable change management capability across the GBS Organization.

Is accountable to ensure that effective change management is applied across the initiatives in the GBS organization and associated partners. The goal is to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of changes, and proficiency with the changes that impact employees who must use the changes in their daily work. These improvements increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and the achievement of results and outcomes.

The Change Management Senior Manager will:

Provide change management guidance, advice and support across the GBS projectsDevelop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and realization of the business benefitsApply a structured methodology and lead change management activitiesEnable the design, development, delivery and management of key communicationsConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programsOwn the development and execution of actionable change management deliverables for the high priority projectsLead and continue to build out the GBS Change Management Community of PracticeDevelop and implement change management learning courses and other capability development initiatives across the GBS organizationCoordinate change management efforts with other IFF functionsManage stakeholder engagement and communicationsEnsure issues and risks to benefits realisation are tracked and reportedProvide on-going support to the organizational as they move through change, and act as a coach for senior leaders and executivesDefine and measure success metrics and monitor change progressSupport change management at the organizational levelManage the change portfolio

About You:

Significant experience (10+) in leading change management teams or functionsUniversity degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or PsychologyCertification in Change ManagementProficiency in spoken and written English, other language is a plusExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAble to work effectively at all levels of an organizationProficiency in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycleExperience with large-scale organizational change effortTeam Leader who is used to leading people and influencing stakeholders at all levelsAdvocate collaboration, excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
