Change Management & Training Specialist - Secret Clearance Required

We are currently seeking an experienced Change Management & Training Specialist with 10-15 years of experience to join our team and fully embrace our commitment to deliver, grow, and thrive .  About the Role: As a Change Management & Training Specialist supporting our Federal government client, you will play a key role in driving organizational effectiveness, workforce development, and process improvements. Your focus will be on implementing change management strategies, improving business operations, and supporting training initiatives that drive adoption and efficiency. Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): + Support the development and execution of the office’s priorities, goals, and objectives. + Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance business operations and workforce effectiveness. + Develop and implement training strategies that support organizational transitions and operational improvements. + Provide strategic recommendations for improving business processes, workforce development, and operational efficiency. + Assist in identifying programmatic strengths and weaknesses, proposing actionable solutions. + Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to assess the impact of change management and training initiatives. + Develop and refine policies, processes, and operational frameworks to support organizational goals. + Develop training materials, presentations, and instructional resources to support workforce development efforts. + Deliver workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance employee capabilities. + Support the integration of new processes, technologies, and policies through effective training and change management strategies.  Location: You will work as part of a hybrid team in the Washington, DC metro area. With the expectation to work on the client site one day a week and up to 5 days a week.  Required Experience/Skills:  + A BA/BS degree and 15+ or Masters and 10+ years of experience + Demonstrated experience in change management, workforce development, and training program + implementation. + Ability to design, develop, and deliver training programs that support business process improvements. + Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, both oral and written. + Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. + Must have an active SECRET security clearance Preferred Experience/Skills: + Experience with training program evaluation, instructional design, and adult learning principles. + Self starter with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. + Ability to drive projects forward even when ideas are not fully formed, refining them as needed. + Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. + Commitment to professionalism and ethical standards.  Don’t think you have everything for this role but are still very interested?
