Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS BY LEVEL:
Assists customer in understanding product configuration; communicates and documents the change process and policies; conducts configuration planning; audits requirements and validates baselinesDevelops control processes and policies and ensures control measures are capable of supporting deployment activities to meet business needsEnsures version controls are in place for software integrityInteracts directly with all elements of the team to include managementTracks discrepancies and changes against baselines and manages the change control databaseTrains personnel on the proper methodology to maintain a proactive CM programProvides daily support and direction to staff as to change status requirements, deadlines and problemsControls configuration baselines and interface through Engineering Change Proposal/Specification processingCompiles, prepares, and maintains the master records for the establishment and change of configuration baselines, the engineering release system, the configuration item development record (including the configuration index and change status listing), and configuration status accounting Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experienceITIL v4IAT Level I Certification
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BY LEVEL:
IV: 13+ Years
