Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Change Manager located in Kendal, England.

Reporting to the Financial Controler, the Change Manager role will be part of an excellent team, whose members are strong communicators, ambitious & innovative. We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Change Partner to spearhead the successful delivery and adoption of change within our finance function

What a typical day looks like:

This will be an integral role in the finance team, supporting the formation of our transformation plan and leading on the delivery of the transformation projects.  Key will be understanding the change management needs of the business, finance, and the wider operations, creating effective implementation strategies.  Bringing a Business Excellence methodology to the transformation plan build and implementation.You'll provide a programme-wide view of the change initiatives, managing the collective impact to ensure smooth transitions. With a focus on the people side of change, you’ll play a crucial role in helping the organisation achieve its desired business outcomes, ensuring projects are embraced and successfully implemented.  The transformation plan will cover a number of areas within finance including, but not limited to, project accounting, job costing and accounts payable.
