Change Manager Job Description This position is for a change management consultant who will interface with multiple clients. The expectation is for the consultant to sit with the client at their site if that’s what the client wants, which may involve travel to local facilities. The candidate needs to have 3-5 years of change management experience. A certification would be advantageous but is not required. There is high demand, so the individual will be placed on the most appropriate project based on their strengths. The role includes extensive training and onboarding to work towards independence. The Change Management Specialist will implement organizational change initiatives to achieve greater organizational performance. Responsibilities + Implement organizational change initiatives. + Work closely with multiple clients and adapt to their needs. + Travel to local facilities as required. + Undergo extensive training and onboarding. + Coordinate projects and work towards achieving greater organizational performance. Essential Skills + 3-5 years of change management experience. + Experience in project management. + Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience. + 4-year college degree or 2-year degree with additional experience. + Self-starter with great communication skills. + Ability to work independently. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Change Management Certification (preferred). + Project Management Certification. + Experience with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications. + Previous experience with Cat (highly preferred but not required). Work Environment This role may involve travel to local facilities based on client requirements. The work environment includes the use of Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and other project coordination tools. Extensive training and onboarding will be provided to ensure the candidate can work independently. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
