The Change Manager will be joining the Enterprise Excellence team support a new project- the Specialty Segment UKG Project. Today, there are 5,000+ employees on different systems, and they need to consolidate to one systems (UKG) for compliance purposes. This is an urgent need with an aggressive timeline. There will be 2 waves- 1 will act as the pilot on Oct 1st go live, and the remainder of the segment will have a January go live. This is a very technical project to move to UKG which is their payroll and time keeping software. This change management and communications specialist will specifically provide support for the UKG Project, including being responsible for implementing and executing against the organizational change management (OCM) and communications strategy established by the OCM and Change Management lead and program business leader. This role guides program team members in effective OCM and communications to increase change adoption, employee engagement, and usage of systems and processes. They will design and implement OCM strategies, plans, and communications programs to support the UKG Project. The intent is to empower and equip business and program leaders to have direct communications and engagements with business leaders and other stakeholders. Critical Responsibilities include: • Partner with business leaders, project team members, and other stakeholders to ensure change management efforts are managed effectively. • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders about the change management process and collaborate with project teams, cross-functional teams, and business partners to ensure that change initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and objectives. • Empower and equip the program team, business leaders, and other stakeholders throughout the change management and communication process, guiding and coaching them in developing standard operating procedures, best practices, and other tools to manage change throughout their initiatives. • Provide guidance and coaching to ensure effective change management practices are followed, and the implementation of change initiatives is carried out according to plan. • Maintain flexibility in shifting approaches and engagement strategies as required by program leaders to effectively communicate and align with business leaders. • In partnership with the project team, identify and manage potential barriers or risks that arise during the change management process and develop solutions to address them. • Guide the design and delivery of training programs and materials to support change. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and communication programs, including tracking KPIs. • Develop communication plans to ensure that leaders at all levels are informed with necessary information.

• BS/BA in change management, strategic communications, or relevant field • Experience with UKG supporting a payroll implementation project • Senior level Change Management and Change Communications experience, understanding of change management and communication best practices • Change management certification preferred • Experience working in large, complex, and global organizations preferred • Strong working knowledge of internal communications tools, methods, and principles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Aptitude for critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making • Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and organization skills • Ability to work in ambiguous situations and take initiative • Able to communicate at all levels of an organization and articulate messages by audience • Strong character, ethics, commitment, and reliability • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (e.g., Office, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $120.00/hr.
