We are seeking an experienced **Change Manager** with strong Asset Services knowledge for a 10-month hybrid assignment in New York, NY. This role involves leading change initiatives and collaborating across teams to deliver critical enhancements. The **Change Manager** will play a key role in managing risks, tracking delivery, and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards. **Key Responsibilities:** + Serve as a **Change Manager** to coordinate activities across Front Office, Operations, and Technology. + Define functional requirements and prepare for User Acceptance Testing. + Manage User Acceptance Testing and production activities. + Track delivery status and communicate updates effectively. + Identify and address project risks and issues. + Ensure alignment with enterprise change management standards. **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of Banking Industry **Change Management and** Asset Services experience. + Expertise in delivering complex projects and structured project management methods. + Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. + Knowledge of global markets operational processing. **Additional Qualities:** + Innovative thinker who challenges the status quo. + Comfortable working with diverse perspectives to solve problems. + Commitment to driving positive change as a **Change Manager** .
