Change Manager

Join our global transformation team as a Change Manager, where you will be responsible for leading change management activities related to large and complex regional, multiple countries programs and projects across Europe.

We will count on you to:

Build and lead cross-functional Change Management teams, ensuring accountability for quality and timely delivery of team goals.

Develop and implement change management strategies, conducting readiness assessments and presenting findings clearly to stakeholders.

Oversee the creation of management metrics, status reports, and presentations to track project progress and stakeholder engagement.

Establish and maintain excellent communication with key stakeholders, developing training materials to ensure their continued support of the change process.

Partner with project teams to integrate change management activities into overall project plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder involvement.

What you need to have:

Prior experience in change management, particularly with large and complex portfolios of projects.

Experience in developing actionable change management plans, including communication and training strategies.

Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly with senior leadership.

Demonstrated ability to adapt leadership and communication styles to effectively engage diverse audiences and facilitate collaboration

Proficiency in English, with exceptional communication skills.

A holistic understanding of user experience and journey, with the ability to identify and address potential resistance and performance gaps.
