Pay Rate: $60 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank  in Canada is looking to hire a Change Manager to their team for an initial 6-month contract. This role is operating on a hybrid model with the office located in Toronto. 

Responsibilities Include: Manage people process, technology impacts of a work stream or a multiple work streams under Global Compliance Transformation program Create and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize business and employee adoption and usage of the changes Following the change management discipline to ensure all people impacts are managed for the work stream that they manage Candidate will have the opportunity to deal with Change at the Program level and Workstream level Qualifications: 3-5 years Change Management Experience in a Financial Institution - must have comprehensive knowledge of change management principles and practices 8+ years project transformation experience 3-5 Years Microsoft Suite Product knowledge - including PowerPoint and Excel.
