We will not consider the submission of resumes on this platform as an expression of interest in any posted position at CBRE. **About the Role:** As a CBRE Change Manager, you will design, develop, and execute change management strategies in the implementation of medium to large scale activity-based workplace projects that result in significant change to the organization. This job is part of the Client Consulting function. They are responsible for Advisory services in relation to real estate operation investments. **What You’ll Do:** + Provide thought leadership and develop customized change management strategies + Identify risks and challenges and work with leadership, managers, and impacted stakeholders to mitigate risks, identify change barriers, and develop strategies to remediate change resistance + Employ proven methodologies and best practices to ensure consistent and repeatable change management approaches are embedded in program(s) and project(s) + Create detailed communications strategies and plans + Build presentations, tools, and other client-facing materials + Develop relationships with sponsors, business leaders, project managers, change champions, and others impacted by the change + Manage a team to successfully deliver client-facing projects + Mentor and develop junior team members + Conduct research and ensure accuracy of quantitative and qualitative data analysis + Develop strategic recommendations and build consensus with senior leaders + Understand and adapt to the client culture, standards, and acuity in project delivery and materials + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Change Management qualification preferred (PROSCI) + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + Understanding of change management theory and practical applications. + Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. + Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
