Change Order Specialist

In this position you will be responsible for managing and executing sales office change order requests within the business system, ensuring accuracy and proper distribution of information. Responsibilities also include coordinating with the warehouse to ensure reusable disassembled materials are returned to inventory, clarifying change orders with sales offices as needed, manage orders during product holds and performing related tasks such as placing lines on or off hold.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Performs Change Order Requests from CRM and common mailbox and follow-ups with Sales Offices in case clarifications are needed. Works with Supply Chain to identify potential costs involved for all specific changes. Calculates HUB costs and updates the Recharge file for the Finance department. Provides support with solving production Red Lights, disassembly and any other specific tasks. Implements mass changes in the operating business system (e.g: mass reconfiguration, BOM updates).

For This Role, You Will Need:

2+ year experience in an administrative role. Proficient in English (verbal and written communication skills). Good communication and relationship skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

Previous experience as an Order Administrator is a plus. Knowledge and/or experience in using ERP/MRP systems is a plus. Good organizational and troubleshooting skills. College/University degree.
