Change/Project Manager II - QMS
Job Description Evergreen, Insight Globals Manage Service Division is partnering with a local utility company to support the Asset Knowledge Management group and their standards and training team with change management. This team is responsible for determining many changes for the mapping and As-Built teams new tools, mappers to change process etc. As the Change Manager, your role is to support and partner with the Process Leads as they create the changes and ensuring the change management procedure is being followed. Your responsibilities will include but arent limited to:  Manage & facilitate all change management coordination activities  Worksheet/workbook stakeholder analysis, change activity needed o Weekly meeting on Mondays with process leads/SMEs/ mappers introduce changes o Will facilitate the meeting, need to be aware of/introduce the changes, own the deck where they maintain upcoming/ongoing status updates, putting templated slides together, etc.  Tailboard tracker tool not all mappers show up, update tool end of every meeting to show who attended/didnt. based off mappers missing -will send email to supervisor where the gaps are and update tracker once complete o Help process leads when filling out workbooks/worksheets, helping put together these items figure out what stakeholder will be affected  Other changes working on and need to work with CM control new program review meeting with other stakeholders, help come up with communication plans, leadership decks to share info on what change it is, help with presentation  Help with note taking in certain change meetings We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements A bachelors degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, or electrical) or Project Management  5 years experience with change management responsibilities  Strong leadership skills.  Good written and verbal communication skills  Strong attention to details and technicalities  Excellent organizational and technical skills  Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous.  Previous PG&E experience null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
