A10 Networks is hiring a Channel Sales Manager for our Eastern region. This role is responsible for managing, educating, influencing, and enabling regional partners and specified focus partners to achieve corporate sales objectives while driving our channel strategy to encourage growth and channel sales expansion. You will work closely with the Sales VP’s, Regional Sales Directors, Channel SE’s to align our regional partner business with A10 Networks’ corporate and channel objectives. The role reports to the VP America’s Channel and Alliances.
Essential Functions:
Lead and manage the relationship between strategic partners and A10Create a regional account plan to be executed in region – This will include enablement, sales and technical certification, marketing and market gap analysisEnsure that regional partners meet the requirements of their tier in the A10 Alliance Partner ProgramSales and Technical Enablement of regional and focus partnersAct as a liaison and drive engagement between regional/focus partners and A10 sales representatives both in region and with named accountsDeliver value propositions and other key messaging to the partner communityMeet or exceed quota for regional and focus partnersLearn and maintain in-depth knowledge of A10 products and technologies, competitive products and technologies and industry trends and shares this knowledge with partnersReviews, monitors and reports on deal registrationsCommunicates product launches and promotionsExecutes marketing programs with the help of field marketingServes as main point of contact for A10 resourcesMaintains responsibility for overall relationship managementPerforms other duties and projects as assignedEssential Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExisting relationships with Guidepoint, Optiv, SHI, Presidio, ePlus highly preferred12+ years in selling Business to Business maintaining partner relationships.12+ years of Partner selling in a high-tech software company (cyber-security preferred)Knowledge of sales of hardware and software solutions, included SaaS offerings, with emphasis on web infrastructure securityStrong presentation, communication, and time management skills are mandatoryAbility to close business while achieving a high level of partner satisfactionA10 Networks is an equal opportunity employer and a VEVRAA federal subcontractor.
