You would act as the Channel Account Manager for Korea.
As a Channel Account Manager, you will:
Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned main partners - Expert (platinum) and Advanced (gold) level partner accounts. Build a plan for partner enablement and training in assigned territory for key partners. Manage and develop the partner initiated and driven pipeline proactively. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resources in order to meet partner performance objectives and partner’s expectations. Assume full responsibility for accurate sales forecasting by demonstrating an in-depth knowledge of sales cycle and update SalesForce accordingly. Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals. Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, critical milestones (e.g. training certification) in conjunction with Distribution resources (sales, support, etc.). Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally and through strict adherence to Fortinet’s channel program guidelines. Drive sales of new technology adoption in assigned territory. Proactively recruit new qualifying partners.We Are Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of channel experience. Experience recruiting, enabling (training/programs), and managing key network security channel partners in Korea. Ability to navigate and map Fortinet global channel organization and execute deliverables in a virtual global team. Experience in writing and presenting business plans and QBR. University or college study of Computer Science or Electric Engineering (or industry equivalent).Why Join Us:
