Channel Collaboration Solutions North America Sales Lead

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Video & Conference Solutions Sales. This role will be essential in driving the sales of our cutting-edge technologies while ensuring optimal design solutions for meeting rooms and conference setups. **Key Responsibilities:** * Sales and Business Development ◦ Identify and develop new business opportunities within the video conferencing and meeting room solutions sector. ◦ Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges in meeting room setups. ◦ Create customized video and conference solution proposals, including hardware, software, and integration services. ◦ Present and demonstrate products, driving sales through persuasive presentations, consultations, and product demos. ◦ Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients. * Solution Design & Consultation ◦ Work closely with clients to design video conferencing solutions that fit their meeting room requirements and budget. ◦ Conduct assessments of client meeting rooms and suggest optimal video conferencing systems (e.g., cameras, microphones, display units, and software integrations). ◦ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the accurate and seamless implementation of designs. ◦ Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training clients on the use of video conferencing systems. * Collaboration & Product Expertise ◦ Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new technologies, and competitors to stay competitive. ◦ Provide expert-level guidance on video conferencing products, systems integration, and room setup best practices. ◦ Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and retention. **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in sales, ideally within the AV, video conferencing, or technology sectors. * Experience designing, selling, or implementing video and conference solutions for meeting rooms. * Strong technical knowledge of video conferencing hardware, software, and integration solutions. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. * Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset. * Experience with project management tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus. Flexible on work location. The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $140,000 to $203,000 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
