A little about the position: Job Summary The Channel Marketing Manager implements, and tracks marketing plans and programs that target specific channels to promote services or products resulting in sales growth and revenue enhancement. Through collaboration with other department heads executes channel-specific campaigns; and ensures all teams are aligned with the marketing plans. Some of What You Will Do: + Contribute to the organization’s goals and objectives to enhance market share and sales performance. + Ensure alignment across the Sales and Marketing functions on field sales needs and marketing initiatives. + Execute associated channel strategy plans. + Provide marketing assistance to the commercial team to address opportunities and threats through collaboration with the channel, product, and finance teams. + Marketing program administration, internal/external communication, tracking and reporting. + Evaluate existing marketing programs and propose ways to make improvements. + Perform market research to stay ahead of the curve; keep up to date with the latest digital trends and industry standards; and monitor what other companies are doing. + Inform management on potential competitive threats and recommend corrective actions. + Coordinate communication of price and product changes. + Gather data on the results of marketing campaigns and create reports to show what was most and least effective for different markets and audiences. + Drive customer recruitment and onboarding initiatives. + Enhance customer experience through tools, programs and training. + Travel as required to participate in relevant shows / exhibitions. + Other duties as assigned. What You Bring to the Table: (Qualifications) + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business-related degree. An Associate’s degree may be substituted with commensurate experience. + Minimum 5+ years of marketing or industry related experience acquired in a high performing environment. + Previous sales or product management experience preferred. + Passion for brands and B2B marketing. + Experience leading the Customer/Trade marketing function, including specific experience in evaluating the needs of the field and translating that into specific marketing programs. + A strong record of creating a winning vision in an environment where strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by hard-driving promotional activities. + Strong analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to all levels of the organization. + Finance experience preferred. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills. + Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities. + Excellent time-management and organizational skills. + 10-20% travel required to support initiatives and events Why should you come work with Us? Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
