The position
As the Channel Optimization Director, you will act as the business owner for key digital products, driving the vision to deliver exceptional customer engagement. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in designing and successfully implementing customer engagement strategies and operations on a global scale.
The ideal candidate will have a strong business acumen, ideally with experience in a business-related role.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision: Define and articulate the future vision for customer engagement, ensuring alignment with the overarching digital and customer engagement strategies. Product Ownership: Serve as the business owner for critical digital products, optimizing their performance and aligning them with customer engagement objectives. Performance Metrics: Establish success benchmarks and develop metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of digital products and engagement initiatives. Change Agent: Identify opportunities for improvement, inspire innovation, and lead the implementation of new strategies to drive change. Global Operations: Design and execute large-scale customer engagement strategies and operations, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across diverse markets.
The role will be based in Zurich, Switzerland, and reporting to our Vice President of Digital and Customer Engagement in International Operations.
Qualifications
Strategic Expertise: Proven track record in designing and implementing global customer engagement strategies. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of market trends, business dynamics, and customer behaviour. Leadership: Skilled in leading cross-functional teams and driving change through innovation. Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred). Industry Experience: 10+ years in pharma digital customer engagement or related fields, with successful global strategy execution.
