Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Partner Channel Manager to join our sales team at k-ecommerce. As the Partner Channel Manager, you are responsible for business planning, further developing, and managing a group of key solutions partners for all k-ecommerce solutions, including Digital Agencies, Integrators, VARs and more. Reporting to the Vice-President of Sales, you will ensure that partners are enabled to plan and execute joint demand generation activities to drive sales qualified leads, support partners in selling solutions, and manage partner opportunity pipelines to achieve solutions deployment and sales revenue objectives.
In this role you will be required to proactively build and foster a positive, collaborative partner relationship across key senior management roles and functional areas including marketing, sales, professional services and finance. You will also work on enabling partners throughout the partner lifecycle in order to make them successful in selling k-ecommerce platform.
What will your main responsibilities look like?
In this role, you will be led to:
Effectively build and establish relationships with executive leadership and key stakeholders in order to achieve k-ecommerce strategic partner development plans and develop growth opportunities.Define and execute joint lead generation plans (SQL’s), to build the k-ecommerce pipeline and build brand awareness. Develop a thorough understanding of the partner’s assets and business objectives in order to drive increased sales, sales qualified leads and delivery of k-ecommerce solutions.Develop and manage all aspects of partner relationship across management, sales, marketing, operations and finance in support of k-ecommerce objectives and act as an escalation point for management when necessary.Effectively communicate at all levels of partner organization and seek feedback as appropriate in the following areas; product strategy, campaigns/programs, new products, customer insights, market opportunity, partner portal, delivery and deployment.Coordinate, schedule, plan and facilitate regular Executive Account review meetings with each partnerEngage with partners in driving opportunities end-to-end providing assistance and support on customer-facing sales activities and opportunity management in collaboration with the k-ecommerce sales team.Enhance the partner’s ability to add value in presenting k-ecommerce solutions and effectively communicate that value to the k-ecommerce sales and marketing teams.Maintain and continuously update personal products/program knowledge in all product areas.Demonstrate strong teamwork capability in support of k-ecommerce revenue goals and strategic initiatives.What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?
Ability to travel regularly approximately 50% of the time (USA and Canada).Experience in developing comprehensive partnership strategies in the SaaS field.Experience selling SaaS technologies.Minimum of 5–10 years in sales and/or partnership management experience.Experience with the Microsoft or Acumatica ERPs Eco-Systems.Proven track record of working with cross-functional teams and being a problem solverhigh degree of initiative and self-direction.English speaking, French is a bonus.Aptitude for consultative selling, correlating business needs to produce benefits.Ability to build relationships with and strongly influence C-Level decision makers.Must be able to create and deliver strong presentations.Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Our offer:
