Channel Partner Manager
**ABOUT THIS POSITION** Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned Channel Partners accounts responsible for nurturing client relationships, identifying needs, and discovering opportunities for Partner growth. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in channel sales and partner development. This representative assigned to this role will be responsible for evaluating current Partner relationships, ensuring revenue attainments and growth projections as outlined in agreements, execute effective marketing activities, and alignment on product integration. Responsibilities will also include evaluation of assigned accounts to determine growth opportunity or reassignment or possible cancellation of accounts. Finally, this role will be responsible for onboarding and growth plan development of newly signed Partners. 50%- 70% travel is required based on opportunity. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** + Maintain regular communication and serve as the lead point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned Channel Partners. + Monitor Partner Performance: Track and report on partner sales performance, customer satisfaction, and product engagement. + Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies to grow assigned Partners. + Coordinate Sales & Marketing Initiatives: Help develop and implement promotional campaigns, sales enablement tools, and training sessions to drive Partner success. + Assist in Onboarding New Partners: Work with internal departments to support onboarding processes; including initial setup, training, and set cadences to ensure new Partners are set up for success. + Facilitate Communication: Act as a communication bridge between internal teams and external partners, ensuring all parties are informed of updates, changes, and opportunities. + Designate Partners to assigned growth category- Pathfinder, Trek, Ascent or Summit. + Identify Partners not contributing growth and determine plan for future growth. + Set Channel Growth Plan to each assigned account + Set cadences with each assigned account to include QBRs for key Partner accounts + Determine and execute on integration allowing for growth through utilization of new Waystar products therefore increasing adoption and reducing attrition + Utilize reporting to project growth through “white space” growth opportunities and implement plan to reduce white space through product adoption by Partner + Escalate partner issues to appropriate departments and track to insure timely resolution. + Conduct/coordinate product demos and provide training on Waystar system tools to Channel Partner’s staff. + Support Partner by participating in conferences, webinars, providing newsletter material, and product demonstrations, etc. + Submit weekly status reports for top accounts. + Consistently demonstrate exceptional customer service. + Analyze Market Data: Conduct market research and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the channel landscape. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED** + BA/BS degree or equivalent + 1-3 years successful channel business development experience and/or 1-3 years healthcare sales experience + Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including presenting to executive level audiences.
