The Merchandising team develops marketing, merchandising and creative strategies and affiliated programs to promote the organization's products and services through the Internet or other digital channels to increase exposure to and business from the target audience.
This role in summaryThe Channel Sales Execution Senior Analyst (Lowe’s & Menards) leads the channel strategy deployment for sales execution, including the creation and deployment of channel specific internal and external resources/assets and communications. They ensure that the sale execution representatives successfully execute the channel and brand priorities related to in-store merchandising, floor execution, training, and special projects. This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring excellent planning, strategy deployment, collaboration and communication with key trade customer contacts as well as the channel sales and sales enablement teams. This role requires the ability to create visual presentations and requires excellent communication skills to present regularly to medium to large groups.
Your responsibilities will include Collaborate with the Channel Sales Teams to identify key Sales Execution priorities for in-store merchandising, floor execution, signage, and training initiativesCreate, communicate, and maintain key Sales Execution field facing assets including gameplans, leave behinds, training materials, execution guides, Sales Execution Microsite, and channel systems instructionsCommunicate flooring and new model launch plans to the sales execution team for execution with follow up to ensure completionAct as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for trade customer policies and procedures for in-store merchandising, floor execution, signage, and training policies and procedures.
