Assist in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets for retail and channel sales
Manage and nurture relationships with channel partners to drive business growth and market penetration
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement channel marketing activities
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and challenges
Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and other relevant information to the management team
Ensure adherence to sales policies, procedures, and best practices
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products and services
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies
MBA or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
4-8 years of relevant experience in the Solar Manufacturing / FMCD / FMCG industry
