The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC’s differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers’ most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Semi PC is looking for talent in research, engineering, sales, marketing, and applications to ensure continued production of leading-edge process control solutions that drive our customers’ success.Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Achieve Bookings/Revenue targets for the region.Closely work with direct team and distributors to develop and execute sales growth plans. Establish a regular cadence for growing the business which includes regular visits for business reviews, trade shows and customer visitsAbility to manage strategic sales accounts directly and assist with technical selling, business development, qualifying new applications, markets, and customersSupport direct sales team and distributors with respect to product information, system configurations, quotations and marketing toolsUnderstand the metrology requirements of customers and suggest solutions using KLA’s various metrology and defect inspection techniques.Deliver accurate product sales forecasts through close management of sales forecasting via CRMPerformance management including coaching of sales team members to achieve maximum potential and continuous monitoring of performance to important metricsWork closely with colleagues in Marketing to develop lead generation strategies including in targeted strategic vertical marketsFormal reporting and feedback to management and Business Units on the execution of sales strategy, competitive landscape and overall business performance within the regionDeliver long term growth for the region which includes recruitment/training of team members and driving best-in-class sales processes across the organizationWilling to travel up to 50%Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor of Science or Engineering undergraduate degree. Master’s degree preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales of automated metrology or inspection tools to semiconductor/electronics customers in China. Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals, but also equally comfortable working independently Ability to deliver effective technical presentations to customers Result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills along with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication along with accomplished digital literacy Experience with Miller Heiman Sales techniques and Salesforce CRM is a plus
