AppleCare Service is looking for a highly analytical, motivated, hard-working individual with a strong channel planning background in fast-pace, high-product-mix environment. You will lead the channel inventory planning, identify and analyze demand trends at both macro and micro levels, and run the stock replenishment process for our Retail stores, Authorized Service Providers, Repair Centers and Enterprise service engagements. DescriptionDescriptionResponsible for a variety of service planning channels and product lines to achieve best in class fill rates and inventory metrics. Lead the deployment of new products into all managed channels per guidance from the product readiness teams. Lead implementation of solutions by facilitating discussion with cross functional teams to achieve a cohesive end-to-end channel service strategy. Optimize planning process, elements, and framework of our planning with partners, collaborate and drive improvement on planning productivity, channel inventory optimization trough business insight. Provide insight to the channel planning and material planning teams to ensure adequate supply in the channel and as needed, communication of shortages to our managed channel partners. Onboard new partners from a service supply chain aspect. Support channel expansion, project roll-out and impact including channel front and back-end operation and material positioning solution. Work collaboratively to ensure channel fill rate maintains at or above prescribed targets, minimize stock-outs and reduce inventory returns via proactive communication and target stock level adjustment. Coordinate the quarterly inventory buyback process in partnership with logistics team. Minimum QualificationsMinimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in channel planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain management is crucial.Possess a solid understanding of world-class supply chain practices, strong analytical capabilities, strong leadership skills, and business savvy.Effective in communication, influencing, and negotiation in a matrix organization including one-on-one, small and large groups, and with peers and executives.Ability to both think strategically and implement tactically, a persistent attention to details, a high level of comfort in running large data sets and conducting ad hoc analysis, skills for blending quantitative and qualitative data.Experience with cross-functional collaboration to achieve outstanding customer service in a complex and fast-paced environment.Consistent track record in delivering on operational KPI’s while leading projects sand initiatives. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $111,400 and $209,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
