Job Title: Chaplain - PACE Organization
Position Purpose:
The Chaplain at the PACE Organization provides spiritual leadership and support to participants, families, and staff. As a pastoral presence, you will address spiritual needs, offer guidance, and lead worship services while promoting a compassionate, faith-based environment.
What You Will Do:
Serve as a spiritual leader within the organization, offering support to participants, families, and staff in various settings including the center, hospitals, or homes.Lead worship services, memorial services, Bible studies, and religious celebrations, respecting the diverse faiths of participants.Foster a compassionate environment by anticipating and addressing the emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of those you serve.Collaborate with leadership to support organizational goals and maintain a warm, collaborative culture.Participate in training and ensure adherence to policies and regulations.Provide mentorship and support to team members and address conflict or concerns.Position Highlights and Benefits:

Master's degree in Theology, Divinity, or related field. Clinical Pastoral Education required; 1-2 years of chaplaincy experience, preferably in a medical or long-term care setting.Board Certification or Board Eligibility preferred.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative leadership team.Flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.Position Highlights and Benefits:
