Job Summary Within the Department of Chaplaincy Services, provides spiritual care and support to staff, patients, and their families according to established policy and protocol. Works in concert with other clinical staff to assess the spiritual, religious and cultural needs of patients and their families and plan and provide care respectful of religious and cultural diversity. Involves and coordinates care with the patient or family's religious leader when permission to do so is given. Works to interpret and fulfill the Hospital's mission to provide compassionate, high-quality care. Work schedule is every weekend; two 12 hour shifts; must be flexible to work days or nights Sat - Sun #READ Qualifications Education Requirements Master's Degree or combination of relevant education & experience may be considered in lieu of Master's Degree Strongly prefer at least a Bachelor's degree and two untis of CPE Experience Relevant Experience Required Skills Excellent Communications Skills Excellent Interpersonal Skills Listening Skills Multitasking Negotiation Skills Service Orientation Strong Team Player Overview Tower Health, a regional healthcare system, serves communities across multiple counties in Pennsylvania.
