**UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital is seeking a Casual Chaplain to support Clinical Care Coordination!** **This position will work varied hours.** _Hours are subject to change based on business needs._ The Chaplain serves as a member of the spiritual care team and provides for the spiritual needs of the patients, families and staff. **Responsibilities:** · Supports the spiritual care to patients by: o Completing visitation assignments and communicating the services available through the pastoral care department o Screening patients', families', and staff's needs o Working in/contributing to life of interfaith team o Provide pastoral care in routine and emergent situations · Leads worship as scheduled. · Masters degree in Pastoral Ministry, Theology, Divinity or related counseling field. · 2 years of prior experience required. · 1 year of hospital/healthcare-related experience preferred. · Completion of 1 unit of CPE required within 1-2 years of hire. **Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:** Ordination or Commission to function in a ministry of pastoral care and endorsement by his/her denomination authority required.
