Our comprehensive benefits include: + Medical and dental benefits + Short- and long-term disability + Life insurance + Paid time off + 401(k) program + Flexible Spending Account (FSA) + Employee Assistance Program (EAP) + Vendor discounts Responsibilities + Assure spiritual assessment of patients and families/caregivers in the hospice program and provide direct spiritual care as appropriate + Participate in the development of an individualized plan of care to meet spiritual needs + Serve as a liaison to community chaplains and spiritual counselors + Maintain records and documentation of services provided + Attend patient care conference and interdisciplinary group meetings + Provide funeral or memorial services for patients as requested + Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements + Additional responsibilities as assigned Qualifications + Graduate of an accredited theology or chaplaincy program (BD, MDiv or equivalent theological degree) + Experience working with death and dying, hospice experience preferred + Comfort in an interfaith setting + Ability to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs and values + Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care About our Line of Business Adoration Home Health and Hospice provides quality and compassionate services in the comfort of home, providing support for patients, families and caregivers in their time of need.
