Minimal Qualifications:  

Baccalaureate degree in Theology, Counseling or Psychology required.Two years active ministry experience.At least 1 to 2 years experience in a hospice setting.Requires well developed analytical problem solving skills.Requires well developed counseling and interpersonal communication skills to provide effective interface with patients, professional clinical staff and all other related Hospice Services staff..Demonstrate ability to articulate and demonstrate commitment to the values, mission and vision of Trinity and inspire active support of these in others.Ability to consistently demonstrate commitment to the mission and Organizational Code of Ethics, and adhere to the Compliance Program.Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work site.

Successful candidate will be subject to mandatory influenza vaccination unless eligible for an exemption.
