Provides a ministry of spiritual care and emotional support to patients of all ages, family members and staff.
Education: Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university required. A master’s degree from an accredited seminary required. Ordination or denominational endorsement as a minister of that denomination required. Completion of four units of Clinical Pastoral Education from an accredited training center preferred, or demonstrates equivalent education or experience.
Experience: Prior experience in providing pastoral care services in an acute care facility preferred. For on call positions, response time within 30 minutes preferred.
Other Minimum Qualifications: Effective interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills required.
