The key contributor to a product team, working on functional/technical deliverables and contributing to everyday business challenges.

Line manager for Data Architect chapter members in Poland:
Passionate about creating the right environment for the Data Architect chapter members to develop competences and skills.
Eager to coach people and develop the chapter expertise level by upskilling and recruiting new team members.
Act as a role model and lead your Group by example toward the new ways of working, sharing best practices, tools, and methods.
You will be a part of the Data Architect Chapter Leadership team which is spread over 5 international locations and report to the Head of the Chapter Data Architects.

To be successful in this position, you have a university degree or equivalent and several years of experience as a data architect practitioner, as well as experience in leadership within line organizations or projects.
You are passionate about defining and designing end-to-end scalable data solutions ensuring they align with enterprise architecture and industry standards.
As a data architect and technical leader, you can actively participate in and guide the development efforts, using the full capabilities of our cloud data platform, like data ingestion and replication, data lakes and data warehouses, and data consumption technologies such as reporting and visualization, AI/ML, advanced analytics, and API data access. You are able to develop, document, and maintain logical and physical data models that accurately reflect our existing environment and adapt them for new projects and enhancements. You are a team player, working closely together with internal teams including compliance, privacy, risk, information security, support, and operations.The right candidate will be able to think, act strategically, operate, and implement change tactically, effectively dealing with ambiguity and managing change priorities in a business-focused, fact-based, and collaborative way to achieve real impact. This role requires solid communication skills as you will be responsible for conveying data delivery solutions to functional partners across multiple levels of the organization, and a passion for leading, inspiring, and developing people.
