Job DescriptionChapter Lead – Techno Functional Chapter is a managing and leadership function within BD. Apart from People Leadership the role also involves being a Business Consultant and/or Solution Manager.
As part of the leadership team the role is the link between team members and respective upper management, depending on organizational structures.
The role leads a core team of people involved in several functions. The role may also involve understanding the business of our customers and oversee the customer’s IT portfolio with it’s products, services and solutions.
As a Business Consultant/Solution Manager the role would be responsible for consulting with our customers for solution consulting, business development and possibly the whole lifecycle of the IT Solutions as well as its’ commercial success.
QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or similar areas.

The role provides full transparency about IT-initiatives and dependencies across all IT types
Manages customer requirements/backlog/roadmaps, including input for IT Products/Services development, may pro-actively consults the business in optimizing the Solution (technical, commercial) and in regards to standardization and also to bring local / legal needs into global solutions. May also plan and actively executes projects for IT Solutions including planning processes in close alignment with the experts in the Solution Team and Product/Service teams (Solution roadmap).
The role may also involve managing IT Solution's dependencies and integration of involved IT Products/Services in close alignment with relevant Product/Service Owners and central solution cluster leads. Lastly, the role may require the individual to be accountable for plan, build, deploy, run and phase out of the IT Solutions - orchestrates responsible roles to have a stable build and run team.
