Ce que vous apportez

Formation bac+3 min. & expérience support vente de plusieurs années

Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack office, connaissances CRM/SAP sont un plus)

Vous vous reconnaissez dans les qualités suivantes : orientation client, proactivité, respect, gestion du temps et des priorités et capacité de travailler en équipe

La maîtrise de l'anglais est nécessaire

Ce qui vous attend

Conduire des actions de ventes ciblées en soutien de la stratégie Avantor (promotions, ventes additionnelles, ventes flash)

Gestion quotidienne des devis mis en place dans notre CRM, validation et envoi clients

Interagir avec les ventes, marketing et clients internes pour améliorer nos process et nos ventes.

Suivi de requêtes clients dans leur totalité : conception, suivi, deadlines, conversion...
