***BONUS ELIGIBLE POSITION***    In addition to the duties, responsibilities and expectations outlined in the Staff Nurse Job description, the Charge Nurse is responsible and accountable for assessing, planning, organizing, directing and supervising unit activities on assigned shifts, under the direction of the nurse manager. Education/Experience: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of Nursing and currently licensed as a professional nurse in the State of Indiana. A minimum of one (1) year of current clinical experience in the hospital setting, in the area of specialty preferred. Must possess leadership and mentoring skills.   #zr
