We are thrilled to offer a $10,000 sign- on bonus for nurses who join our team and commit to working 2nd or 3rd shifts. The bonus will be paid in 4 installments. 

 

Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

Supervision for the nursing staff Staffing for call-offs, on call as needed, organization of the shift Communicates and assists with admissions Discharges and pre-certifications Ongoing preparation for surveys Provides new hire orientation Maintains positive working relationship with co-workers Properly instructs and guides subordinates in client care Responds to; and effectively resolves all client and or staff problems/issues in a timely manner Communicates all client and staff issues with Nursing Supervisor Other duties as assigned

Technical Competencies: To ensure the delivery of quality nursing care to all clients through the provision, supervision, direction and management of client care. Strong background in supervisory duties, knowledge of HIPPA laws, state licensing regulations, trainings as required. Knowledge of CARF regulations

Licensure, Education, & Experience

Possesses current RN’s license that is eligible in the state of practice Demonstrates sound leadership skills including time management, organization, and prioritization and sound written and oral communication skills.
