Chargeback Analyst

Title: Chargebacks Analyst

Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ

Pay: $70,000 - $85,000

A high reputable Life Sciences company is seeking an experienced Chargebacks Analyst to join our team! You will be responsible for processing chargeback credits through Icontracts (in conjunction with SAP), collaborating with customers to resolve chargeback disputes in alignment with contractual agreements, and much more!

Job Description: 

•\tProcess chargeback credits through Icontracts (in conjunction with SAP)

•\tHave in-depth knowledge of the validation process ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry regulations.

•\tEvaluate and process customer chargeback submissions, addressing discrepancies in customer, contract, or pricing information.

•\tResponsible for maintaining target performance goals related to the disposition of chargebacks to drive a quality customer experience and reduce risk of financial leakage.

•\tCollaborate with customers to resolve chargeback disputes in alignment with contractual agreements.

•\tDrive effective communication related to contract changes to support accuracy in the chargeback submission process.

•\tPerform periodic audits to ensure accuracy and eligibility of the data.

•\tConduct weekly chargeback reconciliations, ensuring alignment between Icontracts and SAP.

•\tReconcile chargeback deductions and facilitate denial collections for efficient resolution.

•\tResponsible for understanding customer contract terms and conditions related to chargeback submissions to ensure timely resolution of disputes.

•\tProactively audit and review chargebacks for corrections, minimizing errors.

•\tSupport development team and implementation team on EDI transactions, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer.

Requirements: 

Bachelor's Degree requiredChargebacks experience in Pharma industry requiredSAP software experience required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $34.00/hr.
