Our Billing & Credit teams work behind the scenes, dedicated to ensuring a seamless experience for millions of customers across all our brands while efficiently addressing any billing concerns. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Collect, clean, and audit data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability + Perform in-depth analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, metrics, and KPIs + Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analysis and visualization + Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization based on data analysis + Write and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure best practices are being followed **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + 1-2 years working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role preferred **Skills and Qualifications:** + Familiarity with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL + Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights + Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders + Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment + Experience working with Chargebacks, Payments, or Fraud is a plus **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $63,150.00/Year - $90,000.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits . The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
