Review, analyze and resolve daily chargeback disputes efficiently and accuratelyAssist with inbound and outbound support; including but limited to banks, processors, customers, merchants and card networksInvestigate chargeback claims and compile evidence to either support or oppose a claim through the reimbursement processAssist with basic account review and resolution; including but not limited to status changes, payment refunds as well as the debiting or crediting of fundsCollaborate with internal and external teams to maximize debt recovery and team efficiencyMinimum Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field or equivalent work experienceOne + years of chargeback resolution experience in online gaming or related industries preferredOne + years of fraud experience in online gaming or related industries preferredIntermediate understanding of the chargeback workflow, bank and payment operations, payment processors, industry trends and best practicesIntermediate understanding of Check, ACH, Wire, Debit/Credit card, PayPal and other payment channels operating rulesBasic knowledge of common fraud-prevention strategies and systemsStrong communication, organizational and analytical skillsAbility to influence, establish credibility, and build trustPassion for sports and/or gaming industry a plusLicensure: Must be able to pass required licensing as mandated by various state racing and gaming regulatory bodiesCompetencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
