We are currently seeking a Chasis Planner based out of our Rialto, CA plant and will report to the Accounting Manager of our Clean Solutions and Customer Care business units. Overview As the Chasis Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and accurate installation of products at on-site and 3rd party sites. You will oversee the entire installation process, from planning to execution, making sure that all resources are allocated and utilized efficiently. Responsibilities + Collaborate with sales and project teams to plan installation schedules and prioritize tasks + Conduct site visits with Body Builders and chassis OEMs to coordinate chassis availability. + Build communication rapport with upstream stakeholders (OEMs/Body Builders) for regular status updates on chassis availability. This will include chassis flowing to Hexagon Agility, but also flowing back after fuel systems installation. + Create and maintain project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to deadlines + Track key metrics for reporting purposes. Prepare presentation of reviewed data bi-weekly for leadership team. + Provide Installation Managers guidance and support as needed. + Work within Operations team to ensure quality and consistency of work. + Communicate project updates and issues to stakeholders. Requirements + Prior experience in project management or coordination + Strong organizational and communication skills + Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects + Knowledge related to Class 8 chassis construction and fuel system installation + Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP software, and project management software. + Able to travel at least 5% + Able to perform other duties as assigned by Manager Education + High School Diploma/ GED required + Bachelors Degree (preferred) Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
