Chatbot Natural Language Processing (NLP) Trainer
Job Description Curating, organizing and annotating datasets for training and testing chatbot responses, ensuring that the chatbot can accurately recognize user intents, entities and contextual nuances  Identifying gaps or errors in the chatbots current patterns, providing insights to enhance the NLP models effectiveness  Evaluating the chatbots performance through testing and user feedback, making data-driven recommendations to refine its understanding and improve its response accuracy  Working closely with front-end engineers to provide feedback on model performance and assisting in iterating on the NLP model training pipeline  Performing quality checks and different types of testing (e.g. k-fold, blind etc.) to test the models intent classification accuracy We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements 1+ years of working with NLP models and/or chatbots  1+ years of knowledge of AI/chatbot development landscape, tools and other frameworks  1+ years of training or improving chatbot training data and using various methods of testing to evaluate intent classification accuracy  1+ years of leveraging of conversational AI best practices  1+ years of experience in CICD, Git, unit-testing and source code management  1+ years of working in an Agile environment, with knowledge in DevOps approaches, end-to-end software development processes and business requirements Experience with IBM Watson Assistant  Experience with IBM Voice gateway and / or IBM Discovery is a plus  Knowledge of automated speech recognition, including SSML tagging for TTS null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
