CHC M&S EM Finance Lead – External Manufacturing

Our Team:

CHC Business Analysis & Controlling team perform transactional finance operations of the External Manufacturing Hubs network. We contribute to strategic/business development by providing accurate, effective & reliable financial information & controls while ensuring compliance with Group controlling guidelines and procedures.

Main responsibilities:

The job corresponds to a BA&C position, created in the frame of the new M&S Finance BA&C structure. The position will report to the External Manufacturing Finance Performance Lead. Key responsibilities include:

Support the BA&C implementation for External Manufacturing FinanceMap current transversal processes looking for standardization and simplification among the Hubs;Partner with Hubs Finance Heads to provide opportunities for improvements;Serve as source of truth for Managerial information related to Volume/Activity, PPV, OPEX and Inventories.Monthly closing activities Responsible for monthly closing activities; including accruals review and booking, expenditure reclass among others;Perform monthly analysis of performance; actuals against forecast for all EM CHC Hubs notably for Industrial variances (Net Activity, Yield, Substitution, PPV, FX and Freight and Duties);Opex (incl. Personnel Costs), Distribution Costs and OI&E closing and monitoring through detailed analysis by Nature / Transaction, managing provisions and/or re-allocations when needed to ensure accuracy of actual costs and management centers;Open PO Analysis and cleanup of ageing POs and follow up with Hubs those with pending GR/IR;Monitor Headcount and ensure jointly with P&C its correct allocation per cost center, identify main gaps vs forecast exercises;Report and Analysis (FP&A) of EM Hubs Actuals/Forecasted P&Ls and Headcount in TM1, ensuring timely and accurate data;Ensure data quality and consistency in line with standard procedures;Maintenance of relevant master data in the different ERPs such as and not limited to Cost center structure, department mapping, GMID.Budget and Forecast (incl RF)Support financial forecast elaboration through simplified and reliable tools and analysis;Support the Hubs data collection and consolidation;Report the Hubs P&Ls and Headcount in TM1.Std Cost CalculationDevelop and provide analyses for standard cost in compliance with group guidelines (Std Cost Calculation, BOM & routing, ATLAS and Marco Reconciliation);Lead STD cost process, incorporating Industrial Performance in the calculation;Release new STD costs in ERPs and calculate the Stock Revaluation.Intercompany and 3rdy party contract managementSupport the EM organization on the financial aspects alerting management to its impacts (Volumes, MOQs, Take-or-pay, Yield reconciliation, Performance penalties, Destruction & Provisions, Investments, Inventories...);Monitor different contract types (Full Manufacturing vs Tooling);Support on the MSA price negotiations, and its impact in STD cost.Internal Controls, Audits Actively participate and support the management to complete various site related evaluation, survey and other data for different Govt., Regulatory & Group agencies.Support the implementation of action plans when and if needed.Inventories ManagementEnsure accurate Inventory valuation, write-offs, destruction approval workflows are in line with local and group guidelines.Support the management team on strategic investment decisions like Product transfers, new products make or buy decision etc.  and the impact of business changes.

About you

Experience: Existing exposure in Finance or Controlling. At least 4/6 years experience in cost/management accounting, managerial experience preferred;Soft skills: analytical mind, proactive, business-oriented, demonstrated communication skills, looking for continuous improvements, ability to multi-task and to organize, manage and prioritize deadlines.Technical skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint (preferred Excel Power Query, Power BI). Experience with financial tools such as TM1 and SAP. Process Mapping, Financial analysis and Accountancy & Costing methods are also desired;Education: bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business administration.Languages: Fluent in English.
