**Job Title: Check and Straightener** 1st and 2nd Shift Gardena, CA Contract to Hire $20-24/hr DOE **Job Description** Perform basic metal forming processes and ensure products meet customer specifications. Utilize hand tools and Shrinking-Stretchers to flatten, form, and shape metal parts as described by Work Instructions. **Responsibilities** + Use hand tools and Shrinking-Stretchers to flatten, form, and shape metal parts. + Operate manual hand tools, powered hand tools, hammers, protractors, hand sanders, and calipers. + Utilize drill presses, grinders, and various measuring tools to complete tasks. + Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly and fabrication processes. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints (preferred but not required). + Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment. + Basic understanding of metalworking tools such as protractors, lead bars, hand sanders, and calipers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + ITAR Compliant + Experience in production and mechanical settings. + Strong attention to detail for visual inspections. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including 100% medical and dental coverage and annual bonuses after a 3-month assignment.
