What you’ll do:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in your section.
Assist the Head Chef in menu development and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor stock levels, reduce waste, and manage portion control.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
What you bring:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A passion for food and creativity in presentation.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
