** What will I be doing? **
As a Chef de Partie you will contribute to our guest’s dining experience in the Restaurant\. Our guests expect an impeccable service whilst enjoying local and seasonal produce\.
Specifically you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Develop and delivery menus that ensures satisfaction
+ Produce consistent quality meals
+ Keep up to date with culinary trends
+ Supervise your section, including development of Team Members
+ Assist with the maximisation of F&B revenue through effective food cost control

+ Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or ready to take the next step in your career
+ Experience working in a fine dining restaurant

+ Ability to supervisor, train, motivate and develop a team
