As Chef de Partie, you you will play a crucial role in our culinary team, contributing to the creation and execution of exceptional dishes. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, managing the preparation and presentation of dishes, and collaborating with the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef to maintain high culinary standards.

Minimum 2 (two) years experience as a Chef de Partie in a luxurious hotel environmentSpecialized in Asian CuisineStrong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage a teamCreativity and passion for culinary arts, demonstrated through a diverse and impressive culinary portfolioExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other departments
