How will you make an impact in this role?

Lead the SBS Proprietary Product suite by defining the product strategy and roadmap for France Work effectively with the ICS COE to ensure French products align with the central strategy Act as P&L steward for each product to ensure alignment with financial objectives Develop and execute go-to-market strategy in partnership with marketing, product development, and local market teams, including creation of marketing collateral Negotiate and onboard partnerships with third parties to add new benefits for the SBS Proprietary products, including managing the TLM process and approval, contract negotiation with GCO, amongst others Develop deep understanding of customer needs and insights to inform product line strategy, as well as a point of view on the competitive landscape and industry trends Analyze the market data to identify opportunities associated with key customer insights, creating business cases and strategy documents to drive product agenda as required Lead the internal processes related for Product Launches and Refreshes, such as AEPM54, PPCR, amongst others. Documentation – work with central product team and local marketing team to ensure all internal and external product documentation is complete and up to date Compliance – ensure the products remain compliant with the Regulatory environment in conjunction with partner teams (Operational Excellence, Compliance, GCO, etc) Build close and collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders as well as external partners, being the connective tissue across teams to unlock and drive product billings Product functional expert – be a subject matter expert for SBS Proprietary Card related inquiries, implementation support, important client calls/meetings, training needs, issue resolution, product performance, and others

Minimum Qualifications:

Bac + 5 from business school or equivalent university, with specialization in marketing or communication Passion for working in team, and strong collaboration and influencing skills with demonstrable experience leading or working with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of solving complex business challenges, showing the initiative required to figure out solutions and navigate ambiguity to chart a path forward Excellent business acumen and strong analytical skills – understands the drivers of profitability and how to influence them  B2B/commercial payments experience/knowledge Proactive, self-starter with a results-driven mindset and outstanding project management skills Candidate must be able to deliver results in an environment that requires a strong coordination and alignment across multiple teams, including Acquisition, Servicing, Operations, Legal & Compliance, among others. Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to communicate and articulate clearly and concisely at all levels Strong customer focus Fluent English and French

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in product strategy, product management, or strategy consulting
